Hot Stones Ring IV

Using the Delft Clay casting technique, this four stone ring has been cast in the studio. Molten metal is poured into a mould of sand with the gemstones already in place. The result is what you see - imperfectly set stones. Just the way I like them! This 5mm wide band has a D shaped profile of 2mm high and is very comfortable. The piece contains 2 dark blue sapphires, a ruby and a Cubic Zirconia. The largest of the sapphires is set in an upside down position, with point, or culet facing upwards. This stone has a softly pointed culet so it wont poke you or objects  The ring is textured all over and again imperfectly finished inside. 
UK Size N - I would suggest a loose N  - this ring is a heavyweight piece. Can be sized down. One only. 

Fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office including the Queen’s  Platinum Jubilee Mark.
